Responding to the inquiry, initially qualifying an engineering or construction opportunity and preparing a business discussion.

4. Current transmission method

The Project Brief prepares an email in the user’s mail client. The website does not store the entered data. No form suggesting secure server-side upload is presented before a CRM and protected endpoint are implemented.

5. Retention and withdrawal

Data received by email is handled until the inquiry purpose is met or consent is withdrawn, unless another period is required by law or contract. Use the stated contact to withdraw consent.

DATA REQUIRED: appoint the responsible person and approve the legal wording, retention schedule and corporate privacy email before enabling server-side processing.
